Between 2016 and 2017, Alessandro was an operating partner of Apollo Global Management, supporting their distressed credit strategy in Italy. From 2005 to 2016, Alessandro held roles in the investment banking and fixed income divisions of Credit Suisse where he originated, executed, structured and managed principal investments in illiquid securities, with a particular focus on insolvency compositions, distressed claims and tax receivables. From 2002 to 2005, Alessandro worked at Citigroup in the securitisation team, acquiring and managing non-performing loan portfolios. Alessandro graduated from the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice with a degree in Business Administration and holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management. Alessandro is an Italian Certified Accountant and Auditor.
From 2014 to 2017, Claudio was at Hanson Asset Management where he originated, structured, executed and managed principal investments on behalf of family office clients and targeted special situation opportunities in Southern Europe. Prior to this role, Claudio worked at 2R Capital, an investment company focused on distressed investments in Italy. From 2004 to 2008, he held roles in debt capital markets and structured credit at Bank of America. Claudio graduated from the University of Chicago with a BA in Economics, he holds a MSc in Corporate Finance from SDA Bocconi and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
From 2010 to 2017, Roberto worked as an investment banker at Credit Suisse where he executed and structured several landmark transactions in M&A, equity capital markets, debt capital markets, and strategic derivatives. Roberto graduated from Bocconi University with a degree in Business Administration and an MSc in Accounting, Financial Management and Control. Roberto also holds an MSc in Finance and Investments from the Rotterdam School of Management.
From 2015 to 2017, Leonardo worked at W Metrics, a leading Italian financial consultancy, where he was involved in valuation mandates for M&A processes, litigations and impairment tests. Previously, from 2013 to 2015, Leonardo was an Analyst at Credit Suisse. He graduated from Bocconi University with a BA in Business Administration and an MSc in Accounting, Financial Management and Control. Leonardo is also a teaching assistant at Bocconi University and a lecturer at SAF Triveneta.
Before joining Apeiron Management in 2018, Alberto gained investment banking experience at Rothschild in the Financial Institutions Group M&A team. He graduated from Bocconi University with a BSc in Finance and an MSc in Accounting, Financial Management and Control.
Leonardo joined Apeiron in 2020 from Blackrock’s real estate private equity division. Between 2016 and 2018, he practiced corporate law at K&L Gates. He graduated from Universitá degli Studi di Milano with a Master’s degree in Business Law.
Before joining Apeiron in 2020, Marcello gained corporate banking experience at Citigroup. He graduated from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice with a BSc in Economics and Management and earned a MSc in Finance and Private Equity from the London School of Economics.
Prior to joining Apeiron in 2020, Nicola worked at Jefferies within the TMT investment banking team. He graduated from Bocconi University with a BSc in Management and holds a MSc in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics.
Lucia joined Apeiron Management in 2018. In her career, she has had the opportunity to support C-level executives and their teams across a variety of industries and in multi-cultural settings. Lucia brings a wealth of experience gained as an executive assistant in top tier multinational companies, including IBM, Accenture, Lenovo, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Bracco.
